Araz Aslanli, the Deputy Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, made a keynote speech at the online conference "Karabakh: The Causes and Consequences of the 44-Day War" organized by the Cankaya University of Turkey.

Araz Aslanli first informed the participants about the history of the conflict, then spoke about the essence of the issue in terms of international law and the reasons for its unresolved for many years. The causes and consequences of the 44-day war were specifically analyzed in the conference.

Following the presentation, the keynote speaker talked about the issues that the academic staff and students of Cankaya University were interested in.
